The Atomium is an iconic structure in Brussels, Belgium, built for the 1958 World’s Fair (Expo 58). It was designed by engineer André Waterkeyn and architects André and Jean Polak. The building represents an enlarged iron crystal structure, with nine large spheres connected by cylindrical tubes. The spheres have a diameter of 18 meters, and some are accessible to visitors, featuring exhibitions on science and design. The Atomium stands 102 meters tall and offers a stunning panoramic view of the city from its top sphere.
Many photos have already been taken of the Atomium, but I tried to take some non-standard images.
